Never use again Parcel to drop off point on Tuesday for next day delivery still lying in shop on Thursday reason was given The scanner wasn’t syncing with dpd depot Went back and got my parcel On collection I was told parcels were being dropped off But driver refused to collect any parcels from the shop while he was there How many other people are wondering where their parcel is ???? Couldn’t guarantee the parcel would be collected today (Friday) if so it would be Monday before it was delivered to destination Charged for next day delivery That wasn’t going to be delivered until a week later Definitely will not use again !!!!!!!
