Delivery booked for 31 march asked for notification none but card saying nobody home
Then got phone call from my daughter saying a lady on Facebook had my parcel it had fallen out the back of delivery drivers van he had driven off with door open
Contacted dpd my delivery was on 11th guess what it didn’t arrive nor will it because we had to pick it up from a vey honest lady a few miles down the road
Trying to get information out of them is like pulling teeth
They did very kindly send me a picture of my front door but I know where I live
