Paid for next day delivery and was quoted a time between 2-3pm. Stayed in all day and at 13:50pm I received a text/email saying that I wasn’t in and they’ll have to deliver it on the 19/4/22. Looked through the recording on my Ring doorbell camera incase I missed the driver and I can see those no one turned up. Adrian (the driver) obviously couldn’t be bothered to deliver the parcel to me or wanted to get off early. After calling their helpline, they said there’s nothing they can do but just for me to wait till the 19th April. Absolutely furious as it’s something I need for Saturday hence why I paid for next day delivery.
