Let down on dozens of occasions. Own a 24hr manned bar with good access. Have multiple deliveries every day and over half the occasions it’s DPD I get a lie saying I wasn’t in. All regular suppliers have retained their contracts with me under condition my orders automatically state DPD will not be accepted. Just ordered from a new supplier on trial and DPD with the same lie. Having to cancel the order. This is a company not to rely on, they will loose you customers
