My parcel was delivered.
Twice now they didn’t knock but I’d seen the van and gone to unlock the door and stood the other side of the door watching whilst they dropped the parcel outside the door- no knocking and no card posted through the door
The parcel was food
When I advised I’d been stood there and it’s now the second time this happened- the driver then shouted abuse at me out of the window.
The website doesn’t allow to lodge complaints- poor customer interface
