Absolutely awful service. DPD said I was not home at the scheduled delivery time. This is totally untrue. Indeed, I was sitting waiting behind a glass door for the delivery for an hour. There was no attempt to deliver my package.
Reviews indicate that this is not unusual for DPD. Such contempt for customers is completely unacceptable and I will not make a future purchase from any supplier that uses DPD.
