I own a shop in town centre I was waiting around day before for my customers orders till 8pm
Then they sent me a photo of a road in middle no where saying I won't in.
The driver came next day with only one my parcels I asked where he was yesterday he made excuse one the other drivers usinig his profile and called me a cheeky F##ker..
I'm still waiting for my second parcel. Used dpd for 3 years now they going down hill. I have put in a complaint which they were helpful on the phone.
