My negative experience would be longer than War and Peace. I would avoid at all costs. Lies upon lies sadly even from the Escalations team (Alison). My parcel was ‘skipped’ promised delivery next day (lies from managers of Middleton branch Luke and Jack). One employee told me it’s easier to get hold of the pope than Middleton. Parcel ended up at a shop miles away that I can’t get to. They wouldn’t redeliver. Gift to a very supportive friend for her birthday missed. Now have the nightmare of getting the parcel back to the company so I can get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE A SINGLE WORD THEY SAY, BEING A GOOD LIAR IS AN EMPLOYMENT NECESSITY. STICK TO UPS OR DHL IF YOU CAN.
