One star because no stars does not seem to be an option. Was told my delivery and collection would be between 11.59 and 12.59 today, so I waited in all day. At 14.24 I received an email saying 'we've missed you' and, bizarrely, a picture of a hedge. It is virtually impossible to actually get in touch with DPD or talk to a real person, so now I am hoping that tomorrow the delivery will actually happen. or perhaps I will just get a picture of another hedge.
