What an awful state of affairs !!!
DPD failed to deliver again today. Gave a 1 hour time window for delivery - message saying driver was delayed but would be with us shortly - then message saying he missed us, with a picture of just a grass roadside verge.
I WAS ACTUALLY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF.
