I was expecting a delivery and was at the window, saw the driver take a photo from a distance and drive away. The app status then changed to ' no one at home!' When I call them they say I was not there as the driver has taken a photo! and that they have no complaints department. I have to drive to their local depot to collect it! What a waste of time!
