Infurating. I expected an important delivery today and waited at home for it. I got an email saying "Oh no! We've missed you." There's a photo attached of the entrance to the track that runs to my house. The driver never attempted to come to the house (I know because I was sitting by the door at the time). Apparently the same driver will retry tomorrow - no doubt doing exactly the same thing. I didn't get a phone call from DPD or the driver, and if I call them it would cost me £3.60 per hour. I'm beyond furious.
