I have had very many bad experiences with DPD . They leave parcels at random addresses, drivers never call. It is a nightmare. My work address is a big Uni campus with many buildings. However, there is always given the address of a right building and there is also a post room on the campus. They have my mobile number but never call. Beasley, drivers leave parcel randomly and I have lost many items. The service is below 1 star. This is worst possible service.
