Dpd driver was to deliver my parcel today but he didn't and just took a photo from his van and left. He didn't ring the bell because it is a video one and I would have answered it on my phone. I called dpd and the guy on the phone called the driver and said the driver has said he'll deliver the package after finishing his deliveries but he didn't. Absolutely disgusting service.
