Sent message to say that as nobody was in parcel taken to local store. Two adults and two three year old dogs were in. No card left. Tried chat which stated driver was tracked to address but that doesn't mean he bothered getting out! Note on door states to leave parcels in or by parcel box. As a pensioner I now have to go out and pick up my parcel (which is quite big) on the hottest day of the year. Thanks for nothing DPD.
