Avoid them
Messed up collection, on hold all day man couldn’t understand me hung up, had to be connected to DPD local online.. rearranged collection, got customer to reprint label his end. They finally collected, delivered to wrong address told me I am lying on phone as gps coordinates. Didn’t recognise picture, turned out to be my neighbours back garden. Promised a phone call from local depot never got one so just as well it was with my neighbour. Useless
