Worst courier company ever!
I have just received a text message to say I am not at home therefore parcel not delivered. I took off today and have been HOME THE WHOLE DAY waiting for my delivery. NO-ONE CONTACTED ME OR RANG THE BUZZER DOWNSTAIRS! It happens every time and ONLY WITH DPD!!
They are too LAZY to park their vehicle and deliver in a block of flats, and then LIE saying client not at home.
Worst courier company ever!
