DPD Is lying regarding Parcel pick-up and delivery just so you feel like they have everything under control.
When something goes wrong they won't show up, they come up with some ridiculous reason like there was no parcel to pick up or something else just to put you off apologize, and reschedule the parcel pick up until they have some driver around to do a job. That could take 1 day or even 4 days in a row.
Being a big company doesn't mean they are reliable.
Prefer DHL and Hermes since I experienced this serval times.
