3 days I've been trying to track this parcel. I arranged with seller to have it delivered to a nearby shop. You sent me a text message to say that's where it was going at 2.15pm. By 6pm you changed your mind and sent it back to the seller!!??? What are you on? You didn't even bother telling me. Not fit for purpose. Staff can't read clearly.
