Absolutely disgusting company. Waited 13 days for an expensive parcel that is still at Hebburn Depot. Everyday the same message your parcel is out for delivery every night delayed.
After numerous attempts to contact customer service finally got through to a rude an abrupt lady who finally said my parcel was on the van and would be delivered that day and still no show.
I advise anyone who is wanting a parcel delivery to make sure DPD is not the courier and I hope businesses stop using them before they lose custom
