Our full Xmas dinner and all trimmings was due to be delivered on 23rd Dec , at 6pm we were told the driver didn't want to come to our area and our parcel would be returned to the depot. And as it was perishable it would be destroyed. That was our turkey and all trimmings and veg ordered in Oct. So I had to run around with our last bit of money trying to find the bits and turkey for our Xmas dinner.
We didn't even get an apology just "there's nothing we can do."
So thanks DPD for destroying our Xmas this year.
