My experience the same as Natilie. Local DPD Depot had my Harrods parcel for days before Christmas. Not delivered. Promises of delivery on three successive days. It didn’t happen. Virtual Assistant waste of time Tracking useless. So a week after the delivery should have been made - just nothing. Another promise of delivery today but no time slot given. So it won’t happen. Worst service delivery experience ever. There should be the facility to give a minus score!!
