I will never, never have DPD deliver my parcels again. Before I order items online I will always check to make sure DPD are not the couriers!!! I have been waiting for my parcels since the 14/15th December 2022!!!. These were Christmas presents for my son! Clothes as he has Crohn's disease and lost so much weight, he had new clothes ordered for him to make him feel better within his self! There is always a delay with my parcels, always moved forward to the following day. Staff are rude and not bothered on the other end of the phone at STOKE DEPOT! And by the way your driver's in winsford drive like idiots. Shouldn't even have a license! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
