The driver whent to wrong address when he rang and i tried to explain this he became very rude swering and saying im not getting my parcel i then whent on to dpd chat service the person i spoke to said my address was incomplete and was only a postcode not street name when my full correct address is written on website so obvs a lie so tried ringing the woman on the phone had no customer service at all would not give me a email or way to make official complaint and that she has to do it for me then hung up phone absolutly terrible company appalling customer service the drivers are very rude ignorant and incompetent would trust them to deliver anything ever.
