I wish I could give 0 stars. Similar experience to others here. I had a parcel schedule for collection by a driver named Mehakdeep. I kept track of where he was in his orders as it was extremely important that I send this parcel off. I refresh my phone from it showing him being on drop off 71 and I am collection 83, to then see ‘this parcel was not able to be collected at this time’ Rescheduled it to the next day and the same driver did the same exact thing. Looked to inquire and take this further to complain and DPD were useless. They told me to go to a drop off point but didn’t provide a code for me to drop it off to. My parcel still hasn’t been collected and this is costing me money on my business. Mehakdeep and the DPD, your company is woeful and embarrassing, sort it out.
