Luckily you can ban Amazon from using DPD to send to you. Appalling service to our village, many instances of non delivery or incorrect delivery, do not tell truth DPD have a long history of non delivery in our village in South Glos. However yesterday someone tried to use them to deliver an important prescription. We waited in, DPD when they were a stop away said it was delayed in transit. Then the next day even whilst having a safe place specified they said sorry we missed you. We were all here waiting. The doorbell history shows no one rang and we were sat out the front of the house. Appalling service and very frustrating to deal with as its all recorded messages. The only truly dreadful courier there is, all others seem to range from OK to excellent.
