Tried to deliver my parcel Monday, I was at work. Got a message that would try again Tuesday, so to save them wasting there time as I again would be working, I rang them. It was an automated message saying parcel would be delivered Tuesday!! Charged me £7.00 for the call.
So.....I selected v.i.p delivery for Saturday, had to pay extra of course.
Saturday today, waited in, just got a message, due to an unexpected problem, your parcel will now be delivered on Monday ffs.
This company is diabolical and should be investigated. Total sh●t.
