Expecting a delivery today. My son was waiting in the front room for longer than the one hour slot allocated. Just received a text 1min after the end of the 1 hour, saying no one was in. I have large bay windows you can clearly see when someone walks up the garden path. No one walked up the path, no one knocked on the door or rang the door bell. Not even a "we missed you" slip was left.
Their service has gone completely down hill. If they're not careful they're going to tank their reputation even further.
