Delivery drivers have a tough life, so I stand in solidarity with them. My grievance is with the DPD system which gave me 32 minutes notice. Received an email whilst doing my normal morning routine to inform me that my parcel would be delivered 32 minutes later, an email I didn't see until I'd finished using the bathroom, by which time it was too late - a 'sorry we missed you card' was already in the letterbox. ​ No option to choose a redelivery time slot - because we're human - because we have busy lives. Heaven forbid a customer should need to use the bathroom whilst they're waiting for their delivery.
