daughter ordered a Kenwood chef and a food processor attachment. We got a notification to say the delivery was unable to be made and it had been left at the near by Hombase store. The next day the same again. went to home base and only 1box had been delivered. DPD told home base manager the customer needed to take it up with the supplier(Kenwood) Feels very much like passing the book. Can't contact Kenwood untill Monday now.
Very worrying that DPD don't seem to worry that a very expensive parcel is in their delivery drivers possible possession.
