If there was an option to put no stars I would as DPD are not a company who put there customers first. I arranged for them to collect a parcel from my home they pulled up outside and never even got out of the van an id just received a text saying address closed. When I reported this customers service advise they just said they will instruct there drive to get out which I was shocked as that's just lazy but the next day they just drove past the house and I received the same message. At this point I was angry as my parcel had to be at in Durham by a certain day. Customer service promised me the van would come back and made me wait from 1pm to 6pm Friday wasting my whole afternoon. I offered to drop it off for them but they are not open to the public so at this point my parcel never got delivered loosing me the customers I promised this parcel to. I asked to speak to a manager twice first time the never even logged a call back but took my mobile number the second time the phone rang for 2 seconds never even giving me change to pick it up and that was to make it look like a manager had called me not even leaving an answer machine message to say they had called. I will never use them again and anyone who use them they are just cowboy and the lie about there service updates and done even stop or get out of there van. And the fact that customers service have to advise there drives to get out of there van to knock on a property is just shocking.
