Put a note on my deli every to delivery to back garden and notes that my back gate will be open. Received a notification to say my parcel had been delivered to front porch. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem however I’m away for a week so my parcel is sat on the doorstep for the next 5 days. I contacted customer services to try and rectify the issue of which I was told they would try and get the driver to return and put it in the correct place. 24hours later I’ve still not heard anything
