Upgrade Phone from Tesco Mobile, asked to be delivered to a neighbor (a business address). Got the delivery confirmation with the name of the receiver "HI"
Went through all the whole neighborhood, more than 20 addresses on the main road nothing was found. Called Tesco Mobile, but they couldn't / wouldn't help. Called DPD they put me on hold for ages, then said they couldn't reach the driver, but they assured me that they would contact me in a few hours and that the parcel would be delivered today. Got no message or call and the tracking changed from "Delivered to Neighbour "HI" at 09.39" to "Your parcel has been brought back to our depot at 09:39 on Sat 28 Oct 2023" and no info about when will be delivered "AGAIN". I work nights, spent all morning on this, and am now at work completely drained because of DPD's incompetence and disregard for their customers.
