I wish I can give zero mark. It’s horrible experience that I have.
I stay at home for all day to wait for the parcel. The driver Osman didn’t horn or knock the door or call me to let me know he is outside. Then he took the photo that not even in the correct door and show on my app. It’s so stupid, that door even you can’t get in.
I try to contact customer service, they use very rude attitude to speak with me and they said I should contact dos local, but my parcel is international parcel and I get the notification from dpd, why I need to contact dpd local? Then they cut off my line twice, if you don’t want to deal with problems then why you work in customer service department? I am sorry to be mean but their service just rubbish.
