Missed my delivery the first time even though I was at home. Then asked to deliver to a DPD locker and that didn’t happen either as the driver couldn’t locate their own lockers. Seriously? Also, no notification or email was sent to inform me about this. I needed the parcel urgently as I was going away the next day and this has completely ruined my time away.
Called DPD the next day to see if they could redirect it to Bournemouth from Exeter and they told me they couldn’t redirect or provide any compensation for the inconvenience.
Absolutely useless delivery service. Don’t know why people use them.
Why don’t you provide the driver with the customers number to call them like Amazon do?
