Absolutely awful. No one to speak to or contact. I gave them an alternative address as I wasn't in the first time and wouldn't be in the next day due to work commitments. I received a text message to confirm new address details and new delivery time, then I got a message no one home? My mum had been waiting in all day and when I spoke to JD customer service, DPD told them they'd tried to delivery at the alternative address, yet a picture was sent of my house when the driver had said no one was home,which was suppose to be at my mums address? So the driver had gone to the wrong address!
I then received a message saying re delivery on Saturday 25th, two minutes later they changed it to return to sender. So now I haven't got the items for my sons birthday and there is absolutely no one to speak to on the number provided.
