I reluctantly have to give one star as 0 stars is not an option.
My delivery was due and I was tracking it on the website. It was showing as being with me in the next half hour. And then the status suddenly changed to 'Item refused'? Really? The delivery was not attempted so how can it have been refused? The driver is not telling the truth. Very disappointing that the company employs dishonest staff. I tehn called the support line who advised that they have asked the local depot to redeliver the following morning as priority. Nothing arrives and when I check with the support line no delivery has been arranged.
Incompetence and dishonesty. I will always check when I buy good from now on, and if they use DPD I will shop elsewhere.
