My parcel should have been delivered to my home address but your company took it upon yourselves to have it delivered to the Post Office in the next village. The item in question was bulky and due to my having mobility issues the whole idea was for it to be delivered to my home. This is the second time this has happened to me. I tried using your app to chat to a customer service personnel but when it came to my turn to chat the app wouldn't allow me to. Kept saying DPD was not responding.
An absolute shambles. Before I order anything from a company on line I shall check if its with your selves. If it is I will not order the goods.
