My Samsung phone is still no where to be found after their driver reported delivered to a neighbour. He put a photo of 2 legs of man standing against white door frame on what looks like a terraced house. He put a first name Mark, no face , no address for me to go and get my parcel. None of my neighbours have a white door frame, non ars called Mark, our houses are detached. 5 days gone and DPD Cant even get their driver to go and retrieve my phone. Driver knew my parcel was a phone. Totally unacceptable and left without my phone up to now.
