DPD are obviously running their business without enough drivers. I've had repeated deliveries where the delivery date is pushed back by a day or two - there have been so many that these are the norm not the exception. I was expecting 2 parcels today. Both arrived at my local delivery hub overnight. Both showed an expected delivery for today, only to be later told that one of the parcels will be delayed until tomorrow due to unforeseen issues in my area (presumably nobody bothered to put the parcel with the one that IS being delivered and miraculously managed to avoid the unforeseen issue) My delivery window given today for the miracle parcel was between 3:14 and 4:15 - It is now 6:24 and the DPD app reports that the driver is "running a little behind and will be with you shortly" in 1 hours time. Luckily I'm not expected at work this week but that could change, meaning I've got to go through the hassle if rearranging the delivery and risk that being pushed back too. It's just shoddy, frustrating and a massive inconvenience.
