Parcels either don't arrive, are re-directed or are delivered to the wrong address. Oh I forgot – they are improving their carbon footprint by making people pick up their own parcels 'on foot or by bike' (their words)! What moron writes this stuff? Any company hiring DPD are risking permanently tarnishing their business by relying on this lot to deliver their produce.
