If DPD message you and promise the delivery any time after 4 pm forget it.
For the second time in three weeks my parcel has gone to a collection point NOT in my local town.
Collection point is over 30 minutes away In a neighbouring town and when I asked them for compensation for the additional fuel to drive to get the parcel they suggested I contact the company I bought the goods from.
Absolute joke plenty of other decent courier companies out there do not use DPD
