Worst delivery company ever. While I was home the whole day, I receive the notification ‘sorry we missed you’. Meaning that the drive didn’t even actually come to my flat for deliver my parcel. I call the assistance, I explain the situation saying that I payed extra to have the parcel delivered on this specific day. She tells me that I can still have it that day and they will send me the address for collection. Couple on hours later, still no informations. I call again and another operator inform me that the delivery to the posto office is actually been requested for the day after. This is absolutely unprofessional! This company is a joke.
