Also, I wanted to raise another complaint regarding the DPD delivery service used. First pair they left out in a communal hallway for anyone to steal.
When I raised a complaint the second pair were then delivered to the post office so I had to go to collect them. I was sent a text to say the delivery had been made there as I the delivery driver had been unable to get me in at my house. My husband & I were in all day so we know this is untrue.
We have been honest & are reasonable people but feel DPD should be the same as next time the delivery driver might not be so lucky & could find the cost of replacement items coming from his wages.
DPD need to do much better especially as we are paying them for a service. I hope this feedback is helpful to your company too, in order to improve their delivery service.
