Mass lawsuit? Count me in.
Absolutely disgusting service. My parcel was supposed to be next day delivery which was confirmed by e-mail. on the day of delivery it says that parcel has been delayed. When I tried to call (took me 1 h to connect with someone and losing huge part of my mental health) first call, guy pretended that he cannot hear me and he hung up, i called again and SHERIN picked up. Oh my god, "Sherin" you are literally the most annoying and unhelpful person in this universe. Well Sherin told me that my parcel is delayed because "they have too many parcels" like it suppose to be my problem? why do you accept next day delivery when you cannot provide this service? why my parcel was less important than the others? Can someone explain it to me? Sherin keep interrupted my talking, and finally hang up the call without any reason at all. I have offered that I am willing to collect my parcel from depot, and I was refused to do so. DPD service is literally the worst service I have ever seen. It is also impossible to make a complaint. Absolutely disgusting. If someone ever wishes to pursue mass lawsuit, please do count me in.
