I redirected the parcel to a neighbour as the recipient was not in. I received confirmation of the redirection. Despite this the parcel was left on the doorstep and I received a message to say it had been received by a non-existent person.
I will contact the company who sent it out and suggest they do not use DPD in the future.
I tried to e mail my complaint but surprise surprise the complaint system was not working and it was suggested I try later. I do not have the time to do this. It is so simple read the instructions and then follow them, and do not lie about the delivery.
I am appalled and very angry about this.
