Driver refused to take parcels as DPD labels weren’t printed. Return address clearly on parcels. Showed him email and QR codes. He didn’t want to know.
Said he would be back when labels were printed and haven’t seen or heard since.
All emails bounce back and phones don’t answer.
The worst possible customer service.
I begrudge giving them 1 star, there should be a no star option.
I will never deal with this outfit again and will discourage any who ever asks me
