I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DPD UK. Today, I received a parcel that was supposed to contain 9kg of dry foods worth nearly £100. However, when I received, it had been tampered with and contained only a Hay Bag weighing around 3kg. This parcel was dropped off at the Crewe drop-off centre (Unit 1, The Gateway, Beswick Drive, CW1 5NP) by my brother last Friday. I paid nearly £13 for this service on Friday night, and it is unacceptable that I received the wrong items. The lack of accountability and professionalism from DPD is deeply disappointing. Additionally, the customer care representatives were unhelpful and unfriendly, adding to my frustration. This experience has left me feeling incredibly let down and I cannot trust DPD to handle my deliveries in the future.
