I was expecting a package today (I was at home all day).
DPD's tracking tells me it was delivered, and "received by Keren" (my name is Karen; I don't know anyone called Keren). It showed a picture of a doorstep that I don't recognise, with a package in front of a closed door. And that's supposed to be proof of delivery??
No card was left in the mailbox, so the tracking message is implying that it was delivered to me, at my address. But it wasn't.
The upshot is I have no idea where my package is. It could be absolutely anywhere.
As it's now Saturday (early) evening, I can't speak to anyone at Customer Service. The chatbot is worse than useless, failing to understand the problem and sending me around in endless circles, constantly referring me back to the tracking page (the same tracking page which insists my package was delivered)!
I will now have to spend a huge amount of time chasing this up, as soon as the phonelines are open. This is absolutely appalling, and DPD should be ashamed of themselves for running such a disgraceful "service."
