The drivers must be juggling too many deliveries because they keep marking items as ‘not delivered’ even when I’ve taken a day off work just to make sure I don’t miss it. And there I am, waiting for a delivery that’s playing hide and seek. But wait, it gets better. When you ring up their support team, it’s like talking to a brick wall. They’re all sweet promises, saying the delivery guy will turn up later the same day. Spoiler alert: they don’t. It’s like they vanish into thin air! So yeah, not impressed. its so shame I cant choose delivery apart DPD, the company I'm ordering from keeps using them service. If you have company use UPS FEDEX even ERVI is better than this one
